1. Requirements

a) In Std. IX & X

Code 001 : An average of 55% marks in English, History/Civics & Geography

Code 002 : An average of 60% marks in English, Economic Applications / Computer Applications

Code 003 : An average of 65% marks in English, Science (Phy, Chem & Bio) & Computer Applications

Code 004 : An average of 65% marks in English, Maths, Science (Phy & Chem) & Computer Applications

b) Attested photocopy of the Progress Report card (Std. IX & Std. X).

c) Copy of the Aadhar Card.

d) Attested photocopy of any one of the following :

iii    Baptismal certificate ( in case of a Catholic / Christian)

iv    Birth Certificate from the

  • Muncipality / Corporation
  • Notified Area Committee
  • Office of births and Deaths

e) ST/SC/OBC – Caste certificate issued by BDO / CO/ SDO / DC

f) Children with special needs – Medical proof

g) Medical issue related certificates

Attach the supporting documents with the application form


2. Passport size photograph of the candidate should be attached to the application form

Exam Subjects :-
English – 50 marks for all streams (1 hr),
Maths – 50 marks for Science Pure
Biology – 50 marks for Science Bio
G.K – 50 for Commerce & Arts Streams

ADMISSION PROCESS FOR Std. XI


=> Class XI admission will be on the basis of written test & academic performance in Std. IX & X.

=> Results of the written test will be declared in Xavier School Website

=> Candidates qualifying for the written test will be called for counselling.

=> During counselling, questions will be asked by the subject experts and original report cards of Std. IX & X will be checked.

=> Final results will be displayed on the website.

=> Seats in Science Stream will be available only for students of ICSE / CBSE Boards.

=> Seats will be available in Commerce / Arts stream from any other Board also.

=> The Council for the ISC, New Delhi permits the school to give Provisional admission to students in Std. XI before the results of the Board Examinations are declared / published.

=> No change of streams will be entertained on the basis of marks scored in ICSE/CBSE examinations.

=> All admissions are provisional and are subject to the candidate passing in the ICSE or equivalent Std. X examination.

=> Admission of students from CBSE or other Boards will be regularized only after the Council for the ISC issues them with an Eligibility Certificate. They have to submit a photocopy of their marksheet to obtain eligibility certificate from the Council.

 No donation / pressures
Xavier School, Gamharia does not accept any donation for admissions either directly or indirectly. Should anyone requests / demands donations from you in the name of the school or take money from you with the guarantee of your ward’s admission into any class, please report the matter to the school authorities immediately.

Your ward’s admission to Xavier School will be subject to the availability of seats.

 Rejection after admission
Any discrepancy discovered in the birth certificate or in the above procedure will lead to automatic cancellation of the seat and there will be no refund of fees.
