EXAMINATIONS
- Re – examination will not be conducted whatever may be the reason for a student being absent for an examination.
- On medical grounds or on account of death of dear ones (which should be substantiated) if a student is unable to answer an examination he/she will be marked ‘ab’.
- If a student is caught using unfair means during an examination in “Invigilatorless” and with invigilator, marks will be deducted according to the rules.
- If a student is absent for an examination for any of the above reasons, his/her result will be based on the performance in the other examinations.
- Annual Examination is compulsory for consideration of promotion and no excuse in this regard will be entertained whatever may be the reason for the absence.
- A child who fails twice during his/her school career, will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school and School Leaving Transfer Certificate will be issued to him/her.
- No re-test (Periodical) will be conducted for any student whatever may be the reason for the absence.
- The result of the student will be held back if fees are in arrears.
- Report cards are distributed on the scheduled dates only after which a fine of Rs. 100 /- will be charged.
All Assessments/Examinations must be answered by every student.
Kindly note: If a student has missed a test/ assessment / examination, he/she will not be given a MAKE-UP test. Failure to answer a test/assessment/examination will affect the student's average of the final result at the time of Promotion.
